All orders must be confirmed in writing unless ordering online. We kindly ask that new business customers settle their account prior to delivery until a suitable period of trading has taken place. Once agreed, we will gladly forward our account application form. Please speak to Greg Lennox in our finance department if you have any queries.

The same procedures apply as with mainland UK but carriage charges will be calculated separately. Please contact our sales team for a quote.

 

Ordering Online

Follow the product categories to your desired item(s) and click Add to Basket.  A prompt box will appear on each selection asking you to Continue Shopping or Checkout. When you choose to Checkout you will be directed to your basket. Please review your selections and confirm that you have read our Terms & Conditions by highlighting the required tick box. Move to the next section by clicking Proceed to Secure Checkout. If you are already registered you can proceed by entering your email address and password in the Existing Customers section. If you are new to the site then we ask you to register by completing the New Customer section. You may register at any time by clicking on My Account on the top bar and following the New Customer link.

Once registered, complete the Billing and Delivery Address sections and proceed to the Payment Method section.  For non-account customers choose Major Debit / Credit Card or Post A Cheque. If you have qualified for account facilities* then please enter any order numbers in the PO No. box and click Next to Confirm Order section where your details may be reviewed. Click Next to complete your order.

Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation specifying the details of the order. Please check that these are correct. If you have any queries please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your order.

 * Publically funded organisations and PLCs will qualify automatically for 30 days credit.
