Important Information

What Paper Should I Use? - We recommend using a backlit paper for striking results.

Visible Area - The visual area is 15mm smaller than the exact A size so there is a 7mm margin all the way around the graphic which would be hidden behind the black border.

Caring for your Acrylic Displays - Do not under any circumstances use polish or cleaning agents on acrylic as this can cause permanent damage to the surface and polished edges of the acrylic causing crazing. If you need to remove fingerprints etc. from acrylic, please refer to Instructions & Care Pack provided with your light pockets. Instructions in this leaflet will advise you about cleaning and maintenance of the display.

Brightness & Pocket Size - A2 & A1 light pockets will not be as bright as A4 & A3 pockets due to the increased surface area.

Timers for LED Displays - The LED kits are supplied with a 3 pin plug and are therefore easy to connect to the mains supply. You can also run multiple kits from fused spurs. Ask your electrician to advise you on how this might simplify your installation and fit a suitable timer so that the pockets are only illuminated when necessary.

Timers can be used for LED displays but care must be taken in identifying the correct type. The timer you choose should be Cfl/LED compatible or your display pockets may be permanently damaged. Modern timers tend to have digital displays but not all of these are compatible with LED lighting. We suggest that you again consult an electrician so that they can choose the correct timer to suit your requirements.
