Brightness & Pocket Size

A2, A1 & A0 light pockets will not be as bright as A4 & A3 pockets due to the increased surface area.

What Paper Should I Use?

The pockets will illuminate using most satin papers but to achieve the best results backlit paper is preferable.

IMPORTANT - Caring for your Acrylic Displays

If you need to wipe clean the LED pockets, make sure that you read the instructions supplied to avoid damage to the fine surface of the unit.

Please make sure that no polishes or cleaning agents are used as these can damage the surface of the acrylic. Instructions have been provided in the Instructions & Care Pack on the proper procedures to follow.

Timers for LED Displays

Please talk to an electrician if you wish to purchase a timer to work in conjunction with your LED pockets. The reason for this is that although the LEDs consume very little electricity when they initially switch on it can cause a surge that can trip fuses but can also burn out a digital timer if it is not compatible with LEDs.

If you have just a single drop of pockets these can be plugged directly into a power socket as all of the transformers are fitted with a three pin plug. If you have multiple drops of pockets, speak to an electrician because the transformers can also be run off fused spurs.
